UX/UI Design

Flowerwork

The Core Engine of an All-in-One Enterprise Ecosystem

My task was to design a Scalable Task & Team Management Prototype as the Foundation for a Multi-SaaS Unified Platform.

In the enterprise software landscape, tool fatigue is a real challenge for growing organizations. This project aimed to solve that by architecting a massive, unified platform that consolidates essential SaaS functionalities—combining robust task and team management, a professional networking and job marketplace, and advanced document and contract management into a single, seamless ecosystem.

My mission was to design and deliver a high-fidelity, comprehensive prototype that served as the architectural blueprint for the development team, establishing the interaction patterns, component libraries, and UX foundations required to scale the entire platform next.

Project duration:

September 2024 – April 2025

Oscar-Francisco Andreasson Padilla

Innovation Architect & Tech Leader

January 11, 2025, Oscar managed Carmen directly

I had the pleasure of working with Carmen during her time as a Ul & UX Design Intern at FlowerWork/er, and I was consistently impressed by her dedication and commitment.

Carmen took full ownership of her design process, demonstrating a strong understanding of information architecture and user experience principles. Her thoughtful approach to design significantly improved the clarity of our platform for her team members.

Carmen’s commitment to great quality was evident in everything she did. She didn’t just focus on her own tasks-she took the initiative to coordinate with colleagues, share ideas, and ensure alignment across the team. Her ability to collaborate effectively and her eagerness to contribute made her a standout team member.

What truly sets Carmen apart is her proactive mindset. She consistently went above and beyond, identifying opportunities to enhance the platform and taking the lead on solutions. Her care for creating the best user experience was great to see, and her work ethic is an important highlight.

I highly recommend Carmen for any UI/UX design role.

She is a skilled, creative, and driven designer who brings both expertise and enthusiasm.

I have no doubt she will continue to excel in her career.

Building a foundational tool meant that how the work was structured was just as critical as the final screens. To ensure the development team could seamlessly implement the core mechanics and prepare for future SaaS integrations, the entire design ecosystem had to be meticulously organized.

Below I share access to the full working space so you can see my end-to-end design process, user flows, and how I structure Figma files for clear developer handoff.
